Trinity School of Texas would like you to be a sponsor for our 60th "diamond" anniversary year 60 Years of Brilliance Spring Gala. Sponsorships are an ideal way to support our school and gain positive visibility within the Longview community.
 
 
Diamond Sponsor - $60,000 

• Our premier sponsor of the evening
• Private car/limo service provided for all guests to and from the event
• Two premier tables (tables of 10) with name and logo displayed on table that includes 20 event tickets
• Name and logo displayed with premier placement within the event program
• Two corporate yard signs displayed on Trinity’s campus for the remainder of the school year
• Name and logo will be recognized on event slideshow throughout the evening  Name will be recognized throughout the evening
• Name or business logo printed on event t-shirt with priority placement
• Professional group picture taken with your guests and copies sent to you post event
• One single silent auction item of your choice from the event
• VIP table service throughout the evening – including a complimentary bottle of champagne and complimentary drinks for the evening

Sapphire Sponsor - $10,000

• One premier table of 10 with name displayed on table that includes 10 event tickets
• Name displayed prominently within the event program
• One corporate yard sign displayed on Trinity’s campus the week of and week after event
• Name will be recognized on event slideshow throughout the evening
• Name will be recognized during the event
• Name or business logo printed on event t-shirt with priority placement if committed by February 20
• Will receive gift bottle of champagne

Ruby Sponsor - $5,000 

• One Premier table of 10 with name displayed on table that includes 10 event tickets
• Name displayed prominently within the event program
• Name will be recognized on event slideshow throughout the evening
• Name will be recognized during the event
• Name or business logo printed on event t-shirt if committed by February 20
• Professional group picture taken with your guests and copies sent to you post event

Emerald Sponsor - $2,500

• One preferred table of 10 with name displayed on table that includes 10 event tickets
• Name will be recognized on event slideshow throughout the evening

Opal Split-Table Sponsor - $1,500 

• One Reserved table with name displayed on table that includes five event tickets

Mobile Bidding Program for Auction - $8,000

• Your advertising logo illuminated prominently at the top of each smart phone
• One preferred table with name displayed on table that includes 10 event tickets  Name will be recognized on event slideshow throughout the evening

Entertainment (Auctioneer and DJ)- $5,000

• Name will be prominently displayed on the stage or on each side of the stage 
• One preferred table with name displayed on table that includes 10 event tickets
• Name will be recognized on event slideshow throughout the evening

• Name will be prominently displayed on or next to each buffet line
